For my FMP i picked dyslexia as it is a subject that i know well about because of having it from the age of 8. When i started it i knew i wanted to bring awareness to the subject and show the importance of getting early diagnosis which was the main focus of my idea.

The structure of my idea was to bring awareness to the three common traits of dyslexia which is reading,writing and spelling. I decided to spell out each of the three common traits with learning blocks, play doh and writing on a wall to get the idea of early diagnosis across in the poster. I then researched information on the struggles dyslexics face in these key areas so parents and others can understand the obstacles better and to put measures in place to help overcome them.

my goal was to create a child friendly poster that is also informative which i feel i achieved
