When working on a brand, I pride myself in becoming the Brand Ambassador and Integrity Specialist to ensure cohesion and consistency across all channels and partner agencies.
As a Client Service Director I represent both the agency and client at all times seeking the best possible solutions for both parties. I manage the day-today operational output for all work briefed into the agency by managing budgets, deadlines, internal resources and vendors, as well as being the brand QA specialist for all partner agencies.
