After the financial crisis in 2008, Zurich launched a small suite of L&D eLearning initiatives. Shown here are the initial mockups. At this point the working title was Zurich HelpPoint, but eventually was called Zurich Quantum.

The suite of programmes were introduced by the late Jim Schiro, CEO Zurich Financial Services.

Zurich Quantum was a successful eLearning library of programmes around personal development which led to Merlin producing a larger number of eLearning programmes for Openwork, Zurich's training partner.
