This video was a key piece to the Vulnerable Customers project. The video is longer than I would have liked, but these were all very senior people and essentially they all needed equal billing.

I reedited the stock music to fit the video.
The bit I dislike the most (apart from the length) is the static quote at the start, but they wanted this fully formed and no motion on it.

Tease Video
Before the project expanded, we put together a very rough intro video. The idea was rejected because it was too Head Office focused.

We eventually used an external agency to produce a beautiful video and we used the characters to form a large part of the training. The training focused around a town and we also used voice actors to convey emotion.

Our project won an award.
