ABOUT
Marks & Spencer required an update to their Data Protection and Information Security training.
Having produced work for their staff nationwide before we were aware of the technical limitations of their hardware and systems. Bandwidth allocation was very tight, but we managed to deliver engaging training that met with accessibility guidelines and brand guides.
One of the issues I've shown here was the transcript files needed to refer to "M&S", but including ampersands in the file stopped the string being read. You can see the code that I wrote to work around this problem.
Transcripts auto scrolled in time with audio, and the Next button expanded and then flashed if left to prompt users. Each section had an animated intro... but we had a rigid colour palette to work to.
