As Co-Founder/Co-Chief Creative Officer, Chad Broude is the innovator driving Chicago-based creative agency, Highdive, to brilliant heights. In the last year, Highdive landed 2 Super Bowl spots in AdMeter's top 5 (Jeep Groundhog Day #1 and Rocket Mortgage Comfortable #5) AND brought on Jeep and Boost Mobile as AOR clients. Highdive was recently named Ad Age's 2020 Small Agency of the Year- National and was awarded Ad Age's Small Agency of the Year (Gold/Midwest) in 2019.

Chad believes that winning often happens when you "ignore common sense." Common sense said that you shouldn't leave a great job to create a startup. Common sense said that a Small Agency couldn't compete with the holding company giants on big AOR assignments.
