My son has been playing for our village football team since he was 4 years old. Ten years on I thought it was time I documented a season having spent many an hour in rain, sun, hail and snow with loyal parents watching their boys and girls bringing joy and tears into our hearts. Here are just some of the shots from the past and current season.

I was delighted to be awarded an honorable mention in the International Photography Awards 2106 from a series of photographs from this project in the "Sports Field" category.
