Cesar is the first Argentinian to win the Grand Prix at Cannes (2005).
He has been awarded the Grand Clio on two occasions, Grand Effie, Grand Prix in the London Festival and Grand Prix in El Ojo de Iberoamerica on three occasions.
He has also won 30 Cannes Lions, 15 Clios and several awards such as One Show, D&AD and Effie.
From 2015 to 2017 Cesar was Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy Latin America.
Under his leadership, Ogilvy Latin America was selected Regional Network of the Year at Cannes 2015, 2016 and 2017 and the most awarded Latin American Network at Clio 2015 and 2016.
Cesar was chosen as Best Creative Director of the Country six times.
Cesar is the most awarded Creative in Mexico.
Under his leadership, Ogilvy Mexico was selected as The Best Perceived Agency in the Mexican market in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
He is part of the Ogilvy Worldwide Creative Council. Under this WWCC leadership, Ogilvy was selected Agency of the year at Cannes 5 times.
From 2014 to 2017 he was Creative Vicepresident at Ogilvy Mexico.
From 2011 to 2014 he was CEO at Ogilvy Chile.
From 2003 to 2011 he was CCO at Ogilvy Chile.
From 2000 to 2003 Cesar was Creative Director at Ogilvy Argentina.
He has developed work for Coca Cola, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Nestle, AB Inveb, Heineken Group, Starbucks, among others.
