'beneath the folds with Christine Cunningham' explores THE ESSENCE OF WOMAN -sexuality and independence, fertility, family, love and adversity with examples from The Womanhood Collection. Traditional and experimental 3D techniques using recycled materials embellished in beads, sequins and old jewels. Original poetry, hand embroidered in wool and silk threads, captures the essence of woman through personal experiences to which the viewer can relate.
