I was horrified to discover that being antifascist, antiracist was considered a bad thing. I try to keep politics out of my work life, but this is too important. I don't think that racism is a political matter, but a social one that we are all responsible for. When I heard Trump call Antifa a terrorist group, I said I wanted a badge. When I watched video after video of racism, abuse and injustice, I said I needed to create a badge. I cannot change the pigment of my skin. I cannot change the past. I can change my own behaviour. I can call out abuse when I see it. I can push for equality in my world.
