OBJECTIVES
To produce four skull-themed illustrations for Pistonhead Lager.

MATERIALS
1 Edding 8400 marker pen
1 bottle of Pistonhead Crude Oil Liqueur
2 Posca PCF-350 brush pens
Winsor & Newton Bristol Board
24 cans of Pistonhead Kustom Lager
1 tube of PHIZZ hangover vitamins

OUTCOME
I was approached by Brutal Brewing and asked to create some artwork based on their iconic Pistonhead skull logo to be used as promotional materials on social media and in print. The black and white Pistonhead Kustom Lager packaging is striking, recognisable and inarguably awesome, so I decided on a set of four monochrome illustrations that sat nicely beside the packaging itself. Each piece was hand rendered in a slightly different illustration style, resulting in a set of skulls that’ll blow the geraniums out of your cranium.
