I had worked with QDooz before I had been
traveling. As soon as I was back they called
me up, needing someone who could start
immediately and help support them, as a sole
designer, through a brand refresh (adjusted
target audience), major updates to the app
and the designing of an entirely new web
application. I hit the ground running and
worked as the lead (and only!) designer, to
meet the extremely tight deadlines for all
elements of the project, always one sprint
ahead of the fantastic dev team. This meant
fast paced design and often making assumptive
UX decisions based on experience - not ideal
but I foresee proper UX testing and refinement
in their future.
