About me
An Associate Director level Experience Architect with a strong background in User Design, Research, Ideation, Management, and most importantly, empathy for the end-user.
I am currently at Organic working on multiple brands such as U by Kotex, Depend, Poise, Pull-Ups, Wells Fargo, Kohler, and MetLife. While engaged with these brands, I've also been busy working on single projects for brands such as Volkswagen, Olay, Quaker Oats, and Verizon Wireless. If there's time (and there always is), I'm helping out on pitch work to boot. Actively involved in overseeing usability from a holistic experience for all brands and for individual project needs. Utilizing current user and design trends for responsive sites and applications.
Working directly with strategy, analytics, creative teams, engineers, account directors, and clients. Solving, pitching, and selling solutions that factor in a healthy portion of content to be consumed by large audiences (200,000+ views daily) with a broad age range, web savvy, and a variety of user needs.
Previously I was an Senior Experience Architect on brands such as Hilton, Chevy, Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, and Jeep. Responsible for navigation, interaction design, content flow, application integration, and user focused needs. Applying logic, testing, personas, and research, into solutions that exceed client goals and user needs.
In my career before moving into user focused needs, I was an Associate Creative Director overseeing creative for Dodge, Chrysler, SRT Motorsports, and Dodge International. While in this role I oversaw and lead creative teams of 6-8 members in ideation, design, copy, and implementation. I worked directly with clients at all levels and pitched new opportunities on a regular basis. I worked with other brand leads (account, strategy, development/engineering) to create online experiences that were on target, on time, and on budget.
