The brief was fairly simple: we had to create a magical looking book. The important thing was that we had to use perspective and the linweight to convey a credible 3d object placed in space. I started by sketching a rough in my notebook that I later passed into digital. I received some advice from my mentor and moved on to black and white. When I got a pass on that, I moived on to colour. When we think about a demonic book we usually go for red or black, but I wanted to make something different, so I went with turqoise and an assymetrical look.
