SAP Website Redesign
SAP offers their employees a large selection of benefits, which are detailed on their website as well as via email.
The Problem
Uptake on the benefits SAP offered their employees was lower than desired, it was suggested that many employees weren’t aware of the benefits.
My Role
I conducted a UX review of their website, looking at the data obtained through google analytics as well as conducting user research. Many of the changes proposed were structural so a redesign was necessary. I worked with the benefits team to adjust the information architecture and create a new sitemap. From that I created wireframes and finally a new look and feel.
Result
Since it launched the website has attracted nearly 8000 users. Compared to the same time period last year the sites bounce rate has dropped by 10% and user are viewing 13% more pages in a session.
