We worked with Resurgo | Spear to tell Ethan's story. The film's purpose was to capture the journey Ethan went on from unemployment to employment. But more than that, how Ethan's life led him to the point of struggling to find work and feeling lost in society. We took an empathetic approach to capturing his story. We wanted the audience to step out of their circumstances and experiences to understand Ethan's life.
