Brief
• Design a window display unit for the perfumes of Pleats Please, a fashion collection created by the Japanese designer Issey Miyake and recognisable by its colourful pleated garments.
• The project had to feature a bottle and a packaging of the two available perfume versions: the eau de toilette and eau de parfum.

Solution
• According to the brand's identity, it was chosen to design this display unit like a kirigami pop-up card representing the link between the scents and the fabrics.
• Its structure mimics a flower with contrasting organic and geometric shapes to draw attention to the logo and the products.
• This unit’s goal is to remind the passer-by of the perfume’s floral scent raising in the air, but also of the dancing pleated dresses seen in the TV advertisement.
