I created an array of personal briefs to complete for the Japanese restaurant that I am currently employed in called Ippudo

Brief 1
Create and design a new uniform for FOH and Kitchen Back staff members of Ippudo. The designs should be maintain elements of Japanese culture along with a British twist, to coincide with "Hinomaru meets Union Jack"

Brief 2
Create and design a new look for the bar and dinner menu of Ippudo. The food and drink descriptions should be informative and engaging from a customer perspective, whilst the overall look of the menu to remain simple yet classy.

Brief 3
Create a new uniform design to celebrate the one year anniversary opening of the restaurant.

Brief 4
Create a new sign for the second restaurant in Canary Wharf to direct customers where to go to be seated for a table and to receive takeaways.
