About me

Hi,

I'm Caitlin & I'm an account executive at another experiential agency. Unfortunately due to the companies' current resource requirements, my contract will be terminated at the end of October.

I've been in the business for 6 months, and in that time worked on 2 accounts- A pop-up shop for Paul's Boutique and a UK wide tour of the Friends sofa for Warner Bros. to celebrate their 20th year.

Reporting to the senior account manager, I assisted in the logistical planning, budgeting and venue liaison for the activations. I also offered continual support to our event team when they were out on the road for the sofa tour.

On both of these accounts, I worked closely with clients and suppliers in professional and confident manner, ensuring that everyone's needs are met through the full process.

As well as these key responsibilities, I manage a work schedule for the team & lead a daily production meeting, which allows me to have a strong overview of all the work in the business, so as to offer exceptional support as and when its needed.

My background is performing arts, but I have found myself now in a job that I excel at, and I enjoy...2 of the most important things! My impeccable organizational skills and ability to self manage and motivate have been key to my quick progression in my current job.

I had just started to build the foundations of a new career when I was given the news about my contract being terminated, and I am a keen to progress in the industry which the view to work my way up to account manager.
