About me

I am at present a Production Assistant at Lambie-Nairn. I entered the Advertising and branding industry approximately three years ago with keen desires to enter into television production. Over this time I have had the experience of both working in several Account Management teams and within a production department. Here I have grasped a clear understanding of how the media industry functions as a whole: from working in client relations, new business, project management, print production and predominantly in on-screen creative production.

I'm currently working in a busy department where I support and manage both colleagues and projects. My involvement begins at the initial briefing stage to advise in the creative development. I then offer support to the account management team through the budgeting and scheduling of the project whilst guiding and developing the creative through to the production stage and then finally to the approval and delivery. Budgeting and legal negotiation is fundamental to my role whilst developing trusting and professional working relationships with a range of specialists is also a pre-requisite to my job. I have produced and been involved in many projects with Lambie-Nairn ranging from TV adverts and broadcast mnemonics to on-screen channel packages and brand videos.
