Well, that's what my LinkedIn bio says - and it's not a million miles from the truth.
I've been in and around film, television and advertising since 2007 - cutting my teeth in TV post-production (learning the power of turning things off and on again), before moving into TV production with the BBC (learning the importance of checking the record lamp is on) and then ultimately moving into copy-based creativity via a stint directing commercials (learning why you say "Aaaaaand...." before shouting 'action'!)
Since hitting the creative quartier, I've conceived of and copy-written ideas for Coca-Cola, 888, Aussie Haircare, Kingsmill, Specsavers, Macmillan, St John Ambulance, GiffGaff, Powerade, The ECB, Sprite and quite a lot more.
My work has covered everything from script to screen, ideation to headlines, product innovation to poetry and experientials to education.
Every step has taught me something new, and I'm not done learning.
