Revital Ltd., the UK’s largest independent health product retailer, approached BWP Group to assist them in a complete company rebrand project.
Revital currently have 15 stores based in affluent areas of London and the South East of England, but sales channels also include online and mail order. Plans for growth include opening another 15 stores across the UK by the end of 2015.
To aid the period of planned growth, Revital asked BWP to provide recommendations for the development of it’s existing in store communications and consumer marketing activity. The recommendations combined PR, creative and digital; setting the foundation for a 12 month integrated marketing plan.
After extensive research and strategy sessions, BWP proposed a winning multi-channel approach that included new brand identity, head office rebrand, new website and ecommerce platform, partner communications, customer acquisition and retention strategy, new store concepts and pack design for a range of own-brand products.
BWP Group is working closely with Revital to roll out the rebrand strategy with a phased approach. By launching to staff and partners first, Revital was able to address any concerns prior to public launch and gain complete brand advocacy amongst key emotional stakeholders. New store openings will adopt the new brand identity with more established stores lined up for the out-fit in due course. A localised customer acquisition plan and PR strategy will follow each store opening. A new website, due to launch this year, completes Revital’s rebrand project and really serves to show how successful the project has been.
