Global recruitment company Poolia wanted to attract more clients to specialist areas such as law, human resources, finance and accounting and engineering.
We created an email campaign in which bespoke films were sent to people who had experience of working in those industries but who were currently out of work. Each film used humour questioning whether the viewer was wasting their talent by applying their skills in the wrong way.
