The brand is called ‘Sublime’ which means sublime in both Italian and Latin and written the same in English. The idea behind this concept is that drinking fine Italian wine is very close to tasting poetry, in this case, the ancient poetry from the Roman world. The two experiences could actually well mix together! So every label will have a title of one of the works from famous Roman poets.
