ABOUT

La Nuova GT

With every project one's passionate about, there is always the call for the pursuit of refinement. There is a drive to improve on every single detail.
It is one's job to draw a line, to determine whether a project is truly done.
But our mind goes on. We keep coming back, imagining what else we could do.

I have found that it is perhaps better to keep track of those ideas and come back to them once there is a substantial improvement to be had.

As such, I will be bringing back some of my older concepts and designs, and revisiting them with a fresh pair of eyes. There will still be new projects, but at the same time, some of the missed opportunities will be reborn.

In this project I bring you a few improvements and a few risks taken with my redesign of the Lamborghini Diablo GT, originally presented as the TKO Diablo.

I have cleaned up the rear end, removing the over-the-top sci-fi elements. And a few details have been introduced in the form of a different style of over-the-top additions.

Three pairs of winglets now adorn the car. The quad lights in the front were a scrapped element from the initial project. Whereas the pair at the rear bring back the iconic wing seen on this era of Lamborghini's V12 machines.

Decals and other small touch-ups help clean up the model's and design's lines. This includes a slight remake of the rims, now fitted with chromed aero disks.
