About me

A stint as an army officer and a degree in mathematics isn't the usual path to ECD. But Brian isn't your usual ECD. Brian injects a healthy mix of compelling insight and hair brain scheme into every project he touches.

A true polymath, Brian sees it as his role to help clients bridge the gap that can exist between the scientific and creative aspects of marketing. With technology and data playing a greater role in communications, his focus is on harnessing these twin powerhouses to traditional creative craft to deliver truly modern campaigns and customer experiences.

With a career that has taken in BBH, McCann-Erickson, Mother, Wieden + Kennedy, and Ogilvy, and most recently Apple, Brian is one of few creative directors to have led and created award winning work at both digital and ATL agencies. This includes helping to lead Dare to the title of Campaign's Digital Agency of the Decade, and victories from the industry's most prestigious awards schemes: British Arrows, Cannes Lions, D&AD, Creative Review, LIA, One Show and the Webby Awards.
