Concept
Most off-the-shelf ecommerce platforms are built for the straightforward stuff. Add a product, set a price, take an order. But the businesses we work with are rarely that simple. They have account-based pricing, complex integrations, legacy ERP systems, B2B workflows and operational requirements that no standard platform was designed to handle. Ensemble was built to solve exactly that. It is our own in-house framework, developed on top of Laravel and refined since 1999, created specifically for the kind of problems that push standard platforms to their limits.

Execution
Because we develop and maintain Ensemble ourselves, it can be shaped around how a business actually works rather than forcing a business to adapt to it. It powers online stores, B2B portals, content hubs and integrated business systems, with no waiting on a third-party vendor's roadmap and no compromise on requirements.
Ensemble connects with the systems our clients already rely on. ERP platforms including Greentree, Axis Diplomat and Acumatica, payment gateways including Stripe, Opayo and WorldPay, CRM and marketing tools including HubSpot and Mailchimp, and accounting platforms including Xero and Sage. Where a platform has an API, we can connect to it. Where it does not, we usually find a way regardless.
The framework is built to handle real complexity. Custom pricing by customer or region, bulk ordering, credit terms, approval workflows, multi-currency and multi-site setups, self-service customer portals and deep two-way ERP integration. All of it is built to fit the client, not the other way round.

Results
Ensemble powers some of our most demanding work. For Waste Mission it runs an industry-first client portal giving more than 375 users live access to collection data, carbon savings and compliance documents, all pulled in real time from a legacy ERP system that could not be modified. For Pinden it drives a self-service skip hire booking platform that has taken over £500,000 in orders in its first six months, with more than half of those bookings made outside office hours. For Chrisco it runs two fully independent ecommerce websites across Australia and New Zealand, both connected live to a legacy MYOB Greentree ERP system. The businesses using Ensemble do not just get software. They get a platform that grows with them and a team that stays involved long after launch.
