Ambev owns a lot of beer brands. It also owns Mike’s Hard Lemonade – which is not a beer; it’s an alcoholic beverage with fruit flavours. FCB Brasil wanted to suggest that Mike’s could be the alternative drink to beer. So it let Mike’s invade the posts of famous (Ambev) beer brands, driving home the idea that Mike’s can be everywhere beer is. “The ready-to-drink category has been growing quickly in Brazil, and Mike’s is a very refreshing drink with a great taste that is showing everyone the fun goes on, even when you don’t really feel like having a beer. This time, we will join the beer brands and show that new flavors can win over the taste buds of a lot of people,” stated Annelise Alves, head of Mike’s Hard Lemonade in Brazil. She adds, “with Mike’s, fun is everywhere.”
