Brought on as a lead UX/UI contractor, my part in the project went live early this year for SWT. I worked on this large-scale replatforming project, working closely with the Zone team and client. Having solid experience on re-platforming projects like this and an understanding of the back-end platform limitations, I worked quickly and effectively with the internal dev team and external partners to deliver finished workable visual solutions signed off by client.

Where wireframe holes existed it was necessary to rethink patterns. Working to and improving the overall wireframe set, I helped visualise patterns according to style guides (where possible). I worked on establishing visual designs for the full My Account section, which includes Log-in, Registration, My Journeys, Smart/Rail Card sections, producing flats visuals for client sign off and layered files for build, as well as Sketch elements designing up the full user journey responsively across key breakpoints showing all screens and interactions for mobile first.
