• 22 countries employing, 2,300 employees, 37 sub-brands
• Project scope: create a singular brand, brand strategy, naming, visual language, implementation

Overview:
•Creating a global platform for shareholder value
• Global Alignment
• Naming
• Brand Architecture
• Brand definition (vision, values, positioning, personality, essence, competitive advantage)
• Brand articulation as Brand Book (creative platform including logo, imagery, font, colour plus elevator pitch and messaging hierarchy)
• Brand expression (supporting materials: website, brochures, stationery, templates, adverts, signage, livery, clothes, exhibitions, etc.)
• Launch event (support materials: launch materials, Presentation, corporate movie)

My Involvement:
• Ultimatly responsible for all creative and deliverables leaving the building
• Creative Diretor and Strategic Lead Creative from fruition to completion. Creative/Design director of six creatives, print and digital, designers, 3D visualiser and artworkers.
• Creative/Design Diretor to external suppliers, specifically exhibition companies in different locations accross europe and interactive company.
• Direct consultation with client (COO)
• Direct consultation and direction to lead project manager in US (clientside)
