NatWest landlord insurance makes the landlords the heroes. When things go wrong in a property, the landlord can offer to re-house the tenants at no cost to themselves. In a market where landlords are often painted as the bad guys, this seemed like an emotive selling point to us. So we wrote these ads around a 'different breed' of landlord. We split A/B tested '3AM text' against 'New generation' and got great results. (Take a guess which won and ask us about them)
