ABOUT
The Traveller Review Awards campaign took a fresh creative direction for 2025, inspired by the moments of magic that happen when partners and travellers interact. The cross-channel campaign was designed to build excitement, celebrate excellence and inspire. We reached partners on paid, owned and earned channels (including email, banner ads, paid social and editorial) to guide them to a landing page where they can access their digital award kit. At the heart of the campaign was a hero film highlighting how partners transform unexpected surprises into memorable moments. This was the first year our hero film included both our taxi and accommodation partners. We also created four spotlight films starring real, award-winning partners and a how-to film to help partners make the most of their award kits.
