When designing this journey we realised that common mistakes were being made throughout the market for this user experience. Creating multiple entry points and a fluid journey for the user proved more complex than we first envisaged, due to the impact of the content hierarchy on the required information. It gave me great insight into the evolving market and a diverse engagement group.
