Q Card built its brand around long-term finance agreements. But research showed customers in New Zealand didn't know they could use Q Card for small, daily purchases. We needed to create a campaign to educate and change how people shopped.
I wanted to express that emotion you get when you buy those little, everyday things that make you happy. You know - a kennel for your dog, a pair of earbuds to listen to your favourite tune, or a pair of shoes to play fast football.
So, together with the team at Federation and animation studio Teaspoon, we created Q characters and brought Q moments to life through short, entertaining online stories and colourful animation.
