I'm an e-commerce and social media specialist with hands-on experience across Amazon marketplace management, social content planning and campaign development.
In my current role, I manage e-commerce activity across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, where my work covers listing development, SEO and keywords, pricing, Buy Box management and storefront content. I've also built and localised Amazon listings for European markets including France, Italy and Sweden.
Alongside e-commerce, I work across social media strategy and content. I develop campaign concepts, plan content calendars and grids, create static content, write captions and video scripts, and manage scheduling and publishing. I also provide ongoing freelance social media support for a fashion brand.
I particularly enjoy the point where creative ideas and commercial thinking meet, whether that's developing a social campaign people actually want to interact with, improving how a product is presented on Amazon, or creating a more consistent brand presence across channels.
I'm currently open to remote freelance projects in social media, content and e-commerce, either on an ongoing monthly basis or for individual projects.
