The Ebbisham Centre approached us looking for a new brand and renovation works in order to reduce anti social behaviour and create a new town centre which could be enjoyed by the whole community.
The works included a full signage and wayfinding audit and replacement (interior and exterior), new toilets and extensive works to the external area.
During the design process we also identified some ways to allow the client to generate more revenue from the space.
Epsom square is now a much used space by the local community.
