accompanying Directors to meetings and taking minutes, maintenance of employers residence, chauffeur management, secretarial supervisor, shorthand dictation speed 100 words per minute, producing complicated worldwide travel itineraries, complex diary management, liaising with UK and overseas Governmental departments/Royalty/Charitable Organisations, arrangement of global hospitality events, VIP dinners and luncheons, strategy forums, product launches, product demonstrations, office manager for a team of 120 (travel arrangements, staff files, holiday database, sickness forms, expenses, stationery, IT queries), recruitment of managers, secretaries, bodyguards, nannies and butlers.
