About Benjamin
I am a highly experienced UI Designer specialising in the creation of clean, intuitive and accessible user interfaces. As a freelancer I routinely provide design resource to digital / marketing agencies, working closely with account managers, copywriters and developers.
The majority of my UI output concerns responsive web scenarios, namely landing / campaign pages, micro / brochure sites and web applications. All design work I undertake is founded upon a scope-specific design system, which I create exclusively in Figma.
In terms of UX groundwork, I use a combination of wireframing, prototyping and sitemapping to demonstrate or define information architecture and process flows. I have a natural inclination toward analysis, which I employ at different project stages for heuristic, competitor and build reviews.
Being the sum of my experiences, I'm also comfortable with surrounding disciplines ranging from documentation and developer handover, to vector illustration and brand exploration.
My guiding principles as a UI Designer are:
1. Less is more.
2. Make it unambiguous.
3. Keep it consistent.
