Ben Sharpe is Joint Head of Integrated Production at adam&eveDDB, leading the agency's production output across all mediums - with a focus on film craft. He prides himself on his department's reputation in the industry as intelligent, straight talking and solutions-oriented producers. Ben is chair of the IPA's Production Policy Group where he has been on the front line of the UK industry's response to the Covid-19 pandemic, working with the three major UK trade bodies (IPA, APA, ISBA) to formalise and communicate an industry standard approach to risk mitigation. He has overseen campaigns for all the agency's major clients, including Lloyds, John Lewis, EA Sports, Virgin Media, Unilever, Mars and EA Sports.
Ben began his career in Toronto at JWT & TAXI before moving to London in 2013 and joining the newly merged adam&eveDDB as a producer. Notably, he produced the agency's first work for H&M, starring David Beckham & Kevin Hart. In 2015 Ben left to join the agency's long-time production partner Blink Productions as Executive Producer, where he worked with directors such as Dougal Wilson, Nick Ball, The Bobbsey Twins, Max Sherman, Java Jacobs and Los Perez on campaigns for agencies and clients across the globe. He returned to adam&eveDDB in 2018 to take up his current role.
