Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Ben Smith, I have been working as a Retoucher in a busy advertising agency for four years and as a Digital producer for five years before that. I came across your advert for the position of Junior Designer online and I would like you to consider me for the role. I believe the skills I have gained so far in my career would be incredibly useful for this position and I feel it would be the perfect opportunity to challenge myself and further my career.
Before my time as a Retoucher I spent five years as a Digital Producer using a variety of software to create digital content including creative cloud program's such as after effects and Illustrator. I also worked with HTML to create newsletters and online brochures for Ford. My expertise now mainly lay in Photoshop, I primarily work on automotive images and have produced content for clients such as Ford, Triumph, Mazda and Mclaren. I have also been on a course for 3dmax and received some in house 3d training. I am also currently enrolled on a motion design course.
