Creating themed attractions, experiences and destinations in alignment with brand/IP guardianship. From Concept & Master Planning to Production & Commissioning. I collaborate closely with clients and IP holders to ensure alignment with creative vision, brand standards, and project objectives. I ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and creativity. I manage vendor relations efficiently by generating Scopes of Work and Responsibility Matrices to ensure the seamless delivery.
Creative Producer for Holovis International Ltd.
Managing multi-disciplinary teams in order to create diverse $multi-million projects for globally recognised clients. From nurturing client relations and pitching creative concepts through to fabrication, production and installation. The role of Creative Producer results in a role as diverse as budgeting and contract negotiations down to script writing and casting. A multi-hyphenate working in the Creative Industries with experience Managing and Producing Theatre; Theme Parks; Cruise Ships; Corporate Entertainment and Events. Cross-cultural stakeholder management for projects in a variety of countries and regions.
