I believe strategic thinking allows for great design. My most recent role was as the sole UX designer at a production-led agency, which has taught me how to add value to cross-disciplinary teams at a constantly fast pace. Now I'm on the lookout for a team that has the confidence in their design process to innovate leading solutions.
