As part of a competitive pitch L&Q asked us to name and develop a brand identity and collateral for a brand new large scale development in the London Borough of Barnet in London, and also lies within Hendon. This included a mix of Studio, 1, 2,3 & 4 bedroom apartments for private sale, and 20x 1 and 2 bedroom units available through Shared Ownership.
Our target market included young professionals, of who could be individuals, couples and friends, many of whom will be first time buyers, considering the anticipated price points.

We won the pitch and “The Rushgroves” was chosen as the development name. The Rushgroves name was developed relating to its proximity to local waterways & the floating reed beds of the Welsh Harp. The architecture and subsequently the Logo was inspired by this concept and by the ‘fins’ that slide into place on the buildings’ facades emulate the blades of the reeds.

We went on to develop Brand guidelines and Sales Brochures which included photography and copywriting. We also designed out-of-home advertising, hoardings, website landing page and created materials for the marketing suite.
