Quebec Quarter is a residential development in Canada Water, South London. Bell has been a long-term communications partner of the developer, L&Q, and has worked on a wide range of schemes across London, from shared ownership to outright sale. For Quebec Quarter, the focus was on attracting domestic and international buyers for larger than average apartments with high interior specifications.

Results

Bell updated the original branding, and completed the integrated marketing ready for the initial phase, launched in 2016. The marketing materials included advertising both online and offline, brochures, hoardings, art direction and merchandise. The campaign launch has been a success so far, coinciding with the launch of phase one. In the first month alone, 40% of properties were already reserved.
