As Head of Awards & Recognition, working with Elmwood's Executive Creative Director and Inbound Marketing Director to influence how our work is seen and positioned to an external audience, ensuring we become as well known for our creativity as our effectiveness. As well as working with the team to maintain Elmwood's top of the table position at the DBA Design Effectiveness Awards.

Directing and overseeing the awards entry process, I am responsible for creating and driving Elmwood's awards calendar, and educating and inspiring the global team.
