This was a project for Sarah Lawrence College in the U.S. An editorial illustration for their magazine, which focused on leadership qualities. They came up with the idea of two monsters, inspired by student leaders observations of the good, the bad and the very ugly traits of leadership. I translated all these observations into a good monster and a bad monster. Also available as limited edition prints.
