About the project
Pro-Align is the sole UK importer for Hunter Engineering Company’s Wheel Alignment equipment and services. Hunter is recognised as manufacturing the best wheel alignment equipment in the world making garages faster, more efficient and more profitable.​​​​​​​

Challenge
Pro-Align has a solid reputation in the industry for providing high quality service throughout the sales process and excellent aftercare.The existing website is out of date offering a poor customer journey and service to their customers. The CMS (an older versions of WordPress) would benefit greatly from an overhaul to make it significantly more user friendly, easier to use and navigate. This is a common symptom of an older site that has been grown organically and we often see manufacturers struggling with this type of situation when a new site, built form the ground up, will help solve a number of problems.

Our Solution
Pro Align have a broad range of customers and products that meet their needs but the existing site doesn’t differentiate based on the garages needs (whether an independent of national chain). Instead it focuses on the products highlighting their features and benefits. For each customer group we are able to establish a clear message and tone of voice to ensure that the brand is communicated correctly including: professional, experienced, quality focused and precise – after all if a wheel alignment business can;t be precise who can. We’ve created an online experience that helps users easily navigate through their products and find exactly the right alignment machine for their garage.
