The client was building an online gaming gateway and needed us to review the UX. We did the initial UX review then test out the improved design with potential users right in the actual usage environment. From the research we found out current practices, most potential customer segments, motivations, aspirations, pain points, and triggers for people engaging in online gaming activities, then act on the desired insights to further improve the UX design, as well as helping the client improving their business model.
