A leading mobile operator in Indonesia is seeking out to test their new App Market. We approach the task first with doing UX review then following up with doing user research and usability testing with potential users. During the research we explore habits, motives, pain points, and aspirations of the potential users, then provide design inputs based on those insights. Last we follow up with another usability testing for the improved design.
