I have a proven track- record working with people from vastly different cultural backgrounds to grow their talent and to maximize their potential of people skills ladder into the client sphere, where I partner with clients rather than against them to do the work that is right for them. Specialties: I'm primarily interested in the collaborative approach to creative problem solving. Id like to see how development models of open- source software can be applied to creative thinking. To this end, I'm interested in the evolution of wiki - style platforms, self- organizing social swarms like Twitter and the enormous potential of cloud computing. Once the potential of the wired world fuses with the endless power of human ingenuity, we will unleash the power to solve the problems.
